We look forward to providing you with professional, courteous, and excellent Dental Care. Payment is due at time of services for all our patients.

We accept: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and offer our own in office financing plan, often with deferred interest for those who qualify. Prior to initiating treatment, we will go over our estimate of charges with you.

We accept hundreds of insurance plans. Unfortunately, some plans only pay if you stay within network. Other times an insurance company will often pay something towards your treatment, even when out of network. Insurance caps out annually at a set amount, usually $1,000. Unfortunately, this amount has not risen since insurance began in 1960. Estimating co-payments is often a difficult task because some insurance companies try to prevent you from obtaining your maximum benefits by down-coding, which is substituting less expensive and less desirable treatment, in an effort to reduce benefit.

Only the dentist can determine what treatment is appropriate for you. As a courtesy we will submit all insurance claims and provide written narratives when needed to try to maximize your benefits. We cannot force the insurance company to pay what they should; you and you alone are responsible for charges occurred onto your account. After all, insurance is a relationship between you, your employer and the insurance company. The better the insurance plan, the more it will cover.
